We assist in the creation of high-quality Cryo-EM samples. Thanks to the nanowires on the grid surface, blotting of the samples is unnecessary. ● High-speed sample processing without blotting Using hygroscopic grids treated with nanowires allows for rapid sample dispensing in the air. This reduces the effects of the gas-liquid interface and may address issues related to preferred orientation, aggregation, or denaturation. ● Automated grid processing A series of operations from sample application to freezing of the grid set in the grid holder is automated.
